MyWacc
For those who invest or lend

How each company in your portfolio is doing, today, not when they send you the report.

You see how each company you invest in or lend to is doing, with its consent: sales, estimated cash, months of cash, F29, social-security debt and alerts. And you find out the day something changes, not when they send you the report.

Never individual worker data; labor obligations and social-security debt are shown aggregated by company.

The problem

You get the figures when they feel like it. And problems are known late.

Pick your type: the same view, with your perspective.

Venture capital fund

The founder sends you figures when he feels like it, if at all. With MyWacc you see sales and estimated cash for each startup, with an alert if cash drops or an F29 is late.

Debt fund

A clean F29 does not tell you whether there is cash. You see sales, F29 and the debt the SII and the Treasury publish, and cash from each borrower's bank statements.

Bank

A hundred small businesses and no up-to-date data. You see how each client is doing, with their consent, and the supporting document built with you.

Family office

Operating companies with no reporting. Your companies and holdings in a single view.

What you get

We tell you. You do not wait for the report.

An alert the day something changes

In your dashboard: a sales drop, an unfiled F29, cash below two months and published social-security debt.

Due diligence connected to the SII

You invite the company, it connects its password or tax folder, MyWacc reviews it automatically and you watch it move through stages.

Monthly report for your committee

How each company is doing and what changed in the month, ready for your committee. See the sample.

New

Debt portfolio and bulk upload. For lenders and investors.

Each credit next to what is happening at its company, and your portfolio loaded in one go.

Debt portfolio

  • Delinquency by credit, with days late.
  • Covenants with the thresholds you set, and which ones are met.
  • F29 up to date and debt with the Treasury for each company, as published by the SII and the Treasury.
  • Export to Excel or CSV for your committee.
  • Upload the month's payments in a batch, with a preview: nothing is saved until you confirm.

Credits are added one at a time; what is loaded in bulk are the companies.

Load your whole portfolio at once

  • Paste the list or upload the spreadsheet. Before sending you review each row, with errors and duplicates flagged.
  • Each owner or founder gets an invitation with a message ready to send. Without their authorization there is no data.
  • You see the status of every invitation and, from the same list, copy the message, send it by WhatsApp or fix the email.
What you can do

From data to decision. All in one place.

Portfolio

All your companies with their traffic light, sorted by what needs attention.

Pipeline with due diligence connected to the SII

The companies you are evaluating, with their due diligence read from the SII instead of requested by email.

Credits with a payment table and alerts

Your credits in a payment table, with dashboard alerts when a due date is near or a payment runs late.

Alerts the day it happens

Sales drop, unfiled F29, published debt, low cash: you see them in your dashboard when it happens.

Export and API

Spreadsheet export and API, with Monitoring or Desk. The documented API is available for your plan from November; ask for it by email.

Industry and country research

Industry and country analysis needs a paid plan (Monitoring or Desk). More than 200 listed companies, 3 a month free, by name. Estimated value and price; they are not investment recommendations.

MyWacc valuation

A value range for each company with its assumptions in plain view, in a report in Spanish or English.

Consent

Each company decides. Step by step.

No consent from the company, no data. Each company signs; the fund only requests.

1. The fund requests it

You name the company by its RUT (tax ID). You ask for no password.

2. The company signs

The founder or the borrower signs, not the fund. The fund only requests it.

3. Sees what you see

The company sees exactly what the fund sees.

4. Revokes at any time

One click and the fund stops seeing. If the company declines, it does not appear in your portfolio.

Where each figure comes from

What comes from the SII, and what needs bank statements.

From the SII

Sales, F29 and the social-security and tax debt that the SII and the Treasury publish. What is not published, we tell you we cannot see.

From bank statements

Real cash and months of cash. The company emails its bank statement to contact@mywacc.com; with no statement, we tell you we cannot see it instead of making it up.

Example: clean F29, bad cash. A company can have every F29 filed on time and almost no cash. The F29 does not show the bank balance; the bank statement does. That is why cash is estimated from statements.

Debt

Confirming there are no published debts is not the same as payments being up to date. We say it plainly.

Startups with no sales or F29

Bank statements and cash, nothing more until they invoice. We do not invent what does not exist yet.

Data security

Data lives on Amazon servers in the US (Virginia), encrypted in transit and at rest. Sub-processors: Amazon, Google, Flow and WhatsApp. The model that reads your data is our own and runs on our own machines; your data does not go out to third-party AI providers. We have a roadmap toward ISO 27001.

Cases

Real work. No names.

Raising capital with three paths

A multi-site care network was raising capital. We showed investors three paths: stay as is, expand, or add new businesses. The full plan was worth several times the base case, with each line added separately.

For confidentiality we omit names and any data that would identify the business.

Explaining a group's debt to a bank

A services group operating in several countries had to explain its position to a bank. We organized its consolidated debt by country, with projected statements, balance sheet and cash flow, in a single document, version after version, until everything reconciled.

For confidentiality we omit names and any data that would identify the business.

Three valuations, one method

An investment manager had to report to the regulator and to its own investors the current value of three portfolio companies. It asked for three independent valuations using one method, to compare them on the same basis.

For confidentiality we omit names and any data that would identify the business.
