The problem

You know what your client needs. What is missing is time, and someone to pay you for it.

Add a financial analyst to your firm, earn a commission for every client who pays, and deliver reports under your brand.

Your clients ask for analysis that is not in your fee

Cash, debt, value: they ask and you have neither the time nor the tool.

You lose hours on F29 and Previred every month

The same work, on the same 12th and 5th, client by client.

The client leaves for software

He tries an automated tool and stops needing his accountant, or so he thinks.

You recommend a tool and earn nothing

Your recommendation is worth something and nobody pays you for it.

How you earn

Your client pays MyWacc. You receive a commission every month.

Your first 5 clients, free. From the sixth, each client pays their plan at list price and you receive a commission for each client who pays.

10 %

On your first 10 paying clients.

15 %

From paying client 11 to 30.

20 %

From paying client 31 onward.

Example: 12 paying clients

If all pay the 1 UF plan: 10 at 10% and 2 at 15% come to 1.3 UF a month, about $53.600.

Example: 35 paying clients

If all pay the 1 UF plan: 10 at 10%, 20 at 15% and 5 at 20% come to 5 UF a month, about $206.200.

Example: 40 paying clients

If all pay the 1 UF plan: 10 at 10%, 20 at 15% and 10 at 20% come to 6 UF a month, about $247.500.

Example: 130 paying clients

If all pay the 1 UF plan: 10 at 10%, 20 at 15% and 100 at 20% come to 24 UF a month, about $990.000. At the day's UF; not counting the 5 free clients.

  • Each by their position: the scale counts paying clients; the 5 free ones generate no commission and do not count.
  • Settled every month, by bank transfer, against your fee invoice.
  • A client who signs up through your link stays tied to your firm. We never contact your clients.
  • If you leave, your book is yours.

Your clients

How your client connects

The owner always authorizes: with the tax folder or with the SII password.

With the tax folder (no password)

Your client downloads the folder from the SII and uploads it. No password is handed over.

With their own SII password

Your client types it into MyWacc, or you leave it with your upload and it is not used until he or she authorizes. It is encrypted, on Amazon servers in the US; if there is no answer in 14 days, it is deleted unused. Chile's data law (21.719) applies all the same.

The owner always decides

It is not used until he or she authorizes, and your client can disconnect the SII whenever they want, in one click.

What happens if there is a mistake

You have the last word

  • MyWacc prepares and leaves ready the F29 and Previred proposal with the source of every number; you (or your accountant) open the link, review and accept; you file with your signature.
  • MyWacc shows where each number comes from.
  • Your acceptance is recorded.
  • MyWacc is not a tax advisor.

Cases

Real work. No names.

Backing a software value before auditors

An audit firm had to support, before external auditors, the value of capitalized software on a client's balance sheet. The impairment test showed ample headroom in the mature business, but in the new one it vanished with a revenue drop of just a few points.

A disagreement on the discount rate

A company's shareholders and an advisor disagreed on the discount rate. We went through the spreadsheet together: the whole gap came from one variable, a real rate mixed with a nominal one. Once fixed, the ranges matched.

Valuing a subsidiary in restructuring

An advisory firm needed to value the local subsidiary of a foreign group in restructuring. We separated intercompany transfers, rents and costs to show what it is worth on its own, as a standalone unit, to a potential buyer.
