MyWacc
For company owners and managers

You learn about your company's problems when they can no longer be fixed. MyWacc warns you the day they happen.

MyWacc reads your company straight from the SII (Chile's tax authority), gets your F29 and Previred payroll file ready, and tells you how much cash you have today and who owes you.

Now with your own figures: inside the Pulse, enter your sales and purchases for the month and see your estimated F29, how much to set aside and when each payment is due. No password needed.

Are you an accountant? Accountant program · Do you invest or lend? Investors

The Pulse: what your company is worth and how it is doing, free, with just your company RUT (tax ID). No card, in seconds. We are not an ERP and we do not replace your accountant: we are the administration and finance department your small business does not have.

The problem

A small business's finances get looked at late. And by then there is nothing left to do.

You learn about cash when it is already short

You reach the 28th and only then see there is not enough to pay salaries.

A large client stops paying and you find out two months later

You kept selling to them, and by the time you notice the money is gone.

The bank asks for numbers nobody prepared

You need the loan by Friday and have neither the cash flow nor the debt analysis.

The F29 arrives with a surprise

You are charged a VAT you did not expect and do not know where each number comes from.

What we are

Your administration and finance department with AI

We keep your day-to-day books (F29, Previred, reconciliation, payroll) and, on that base, we do the analysis nobody does for you today: cash, clients, debt, value and decisions. Wacky, MyWacc's analyst, answers with your own data. We are not an ERP and we do not replace the accountant.

Cash, clients and alerts

You know how much cash there is and who owes you. And we warn you early.

Cash today and months of cash

Today: you see the bank balance, not how long you can last.

Estimated cash today and the months of cash you have left, with alerts for payments and collections. Not the balance of an old statement.

Who owes you and which client is falling

Today: a large client stops paying and you learn late.

A traffic light (green, yellow or red) per client from SII, Treasury and Labor Directorate data, how much your sales depend on a few clients, and an alert the day one changes.

Alerts the day it happens

Today: nobody warns you; you see it at month end.

Alerts by email and WhatsApp when cash drops, an F29 is due or a client changes color.

Debt and value

The bank asks for numbers. You have them ready.

How much debt you can carry and your credit risk

Today: you do not know how much credit you can carry or what the bank will say.

Whether your profits cover the interest, how much you owe against what you generate and your credit risk, with an editable analysis to take to the bank.

What your company is worth

Today: a partner, a bank or a buyer asks and you have no answer.

A value range with the reasoning and a valuation report as a PDF, in Spanish or English.

Board presentation

Today: your partners ask for a report and you build it by hand.

The presentation comes built with your numbers and is editable.

See how it looks: credit analysis for the bank (sample) · board presentation (sample)

Deciding better

Invest, cut or wait? With numbers, not gut feeling.

Project evaluation

Today: is the machine, the premises or the new branch worth it?

Evaluates a project with its cash flow and return, and shows how much it changes if the assumptions change.

Scenarios and sensitivity

Today: you do not know what happens if the dollar rises or sales fall.

Runs scenarios and shows how much your cash or value changes with each assumption.

Cost and expense analysis

Today: expenses go up and you do not know which.

Sorts your purchases by account and supplier and shows what rose against the previous month and the same month last year.

Industry and country research

Today: you do not know how you compare with your industry.

Industry and country analysis, and of more than 200 listed companies, to put you in context.

Taxes and people

The F29 without surprises. Salaries and Previred on time.

F29 ready, with the source of every number

Today: the F29 arrives with a surprise.

On the 12th you have the F29 proposal ready, with the source of every number and the differences from last month. You or your accountant log in, review and accept with your signature.

Payroll, Previred and contracts

Today: contracts, severance and payroll at the last minute.

Reads the contracts that arrive by email, calculates severance and leaves the Previred payroll file ready on the 5th.

Bank reconciliation

Today: the statement and the sales do not match and nobody knows why.

Matches your bank statements with your sales and payments and tells you what does not match.

After the Pulse

Two ways to connect your SII. Both count the same.

Pick the one that gives you more peace of mind. You can start without giving any password.

With your tax folder (no password)

You download your tax folder from the SII and upload it. MyWacc reads it, builds your month and tells you what is missing. You hand over no password.

With your SII password

MyWacc signs in to the SII for you and keeps your month up to date by itself, without you uploading anything each time.

Tax folder

Advantage: you hand over no password and you can start today.

Drawbacks:

  • You download it yourself every month.
  • MyWacc sees only what the folder holds: the F29 and F22 returns and the company data, without the purchase and sales detail or the ledgers.
  • It cannot leave the F29 proposal ready or warn you the day it happens.

SII password

Advantages:

  • Everything stays up to date by itself.
  • The F29 proposal ready.
  • Alerts the day it happens.
  • Purchase and sales ledgers read.

Drawback: you hand over the password. It is stored encrypted, the team does not see it and you revoke it in one click.

You can start with the folder and connect the password when you trust us.

Who sees it

It is stored encrypted in a secrets-management service; the MyWacc team does not see it or need it to operate.

Where it lives

On Amazon servers in the US, encrypted. Chile's data law (21.719) applies all the same.

How to revoke it

From the app with “Disconnect the SII”, or by changing it at the SII.

With or without an accountant

Two paths. In both, you decide.

We are not an ERP and we do not replace the accountant. And if you do not have one, MyWacc runs your routine.

If you have an accountant

MyWacc prepares and leaves ready the F29 and Previred proposal with the source of every number; your accountant (or you) opens the link, reviews and accepts; the filing is done with their signature. Your accountant stays your accountant.

Your accountant can see what you see, read-only, without taking up a user seat.

If you have no accountant

MyWacc runs your monthly routine (F29, Previred, payroll and bank reconciliation) and leaves each filing ready; you log in, review and accept with your signature. Before accepting you see the draft and the source of every number.

And in both cases MyWacc adds the finance:

Your cash today

How much cash you have today, not an old bank statement balance, with alerts for payments and collections.

Who owes you

A traffic light (green, yellow or red) for each large client, and a warning the day it changes.

How much debt you can carry

Whether your profits cover the interest, and the report ready to take to the bank.

What it is worth

A value range for your company, with the reasoning, as a PDF.

Your tools

It connects to what you already use. And if not, you upload the file.

What connects

We connect your ERP, your payroll system and your point of sale, or you upload the file and MyWacc reads it.

Already in

The SII, the tax folder, your bank statements by email, Previred and your email.

Fully transparent

What happens if there is a mistake

Nothing is filed without confirmation

  • Whoever accepts and signs is whoever files: MyWacc prepares and leaves the proposal ready; you (or your accountant) open the link, review and accept, and you file with your signature.
  • MyWacc shows the source of every number and a checklist before filing, and records your acceptance.
  • If something does not add up, write to us and we fix it before the deadline.
  • MyWacc is not a tax advisor: it analyzes and tells you what it finds.

How your plan is set

By the size of your company. We work it out from the workers we already see in your SII or Previred data: we do not ask you.

Cases

Real work. No names.

Three companies weighing a sale

Three companies in the same services group were weighing a sale. We combined their balance sheets and outstanding loans into one valuation, net debt included, so the owner could negotiate with a buyer from a single, clear base.

For confidentiality we omit names and any data that would identify the business.

Growing without running out of cash

A fast-growing company ran short of cash at year end. The valuation showed the problem was liquidity, not profitability, and gave the owner solid backing to ask for bridge financing.

For confidentiality we omit names and any data that would identify the business.

Contracts not yet signed

A wholesale distributor depended on contracts not yet signed. We valued two scenarios, with and without them, and the owner saw in numbers how much each closing was worth before making any decision.
